This notice explains what happens to the details you enter on this site. It is written for the person filling in the form rather than for a lawyer, and it describes the whole of what we do with your data.
The scoping-call form asks for your name, your work email address, your organisation, your role, the number of staff using AI tools, and whether your organisation has European exposure. You choose what to enter, and nothing is collected from you anywhere else on this site.
Three technical details are recorded alongside your entry. Your browser sends the country your connection appears to come from. The address of the page you arrived from is recorded if your browser supplies one. A Google click identifier is recorded when you arrive from a Google advertisement, which tells us which advertisement brought you here.
We use your details to arrange and hold the scoping call you asked for, and to send you the written summary afterwards. The technical details tell us which advertisements are working, which is the only measurement this site performs.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone outside this business, and we do not add you to a mailing list. You will not receive marketing you did not ask for.
Entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a hosted key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. The site itself runs on Cloudflare Pages. No other processor receives your details.
Entries are deleted twelve months after the call, or sooner if you ask. If you do not respond to our reply, your entry is deleted after ninety days.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The only network request the page makes is the one that submits your form.
If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the address below and we will act within thirty days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
